  • If there is anything I am insanely passionate about, it’s sharing my love for plant based nutrition as far and wide as humanly possible. Especially after watching Game Changers!!! To anyone transitioning to eating a predominantly plant focused diet, start slow and think about adding in all the amazing foods you’re introducing instead of focusing on what you “can’t eat.” This way of thinking helped me so much when I gradually shifted over to a plant based diet myself. Anddd... the first thing I would suggest is getting a great quality blender like the one from @brandlesslife. A lot of people ask me, blender or juicer and the truth is you have wayyy more options with a blender so I would start here. I use mine at least once a day to blend everything from smoothies, soups, nut milks and salad dressings. I’m obsessed with this blender because it blends everything to perfection and is a fraction of the cost compared to other blenders on the market. No matter where you are on your healthy journey implementing small changes slowly is what leads to lasting change. It didn’t happen overnight and learning to make easy and delicious plant focused meals is what has me living this way for almost 5 years strong.   • I was on a panel last week talking about nutrition and wellness with children. I believe that when you are a living example for what wellness looks like they will likely follow. As they grow and develop their own opinions and choices about food (aka toddlerhood) I’ve learned to let go, let them live and not feel bad about it one bit. Building a strong foundation with health in the home is where it all begins and being ok when they choose the cookies over the green juice is all part of the process. They absorb who we are and how we show up each day... not just what we say they should be doing or eating.!!!   • One of the best parenting pieces of advice I got after having Elanor, was to try and spend as much solo time as possible with them. W/ Noah + Ela both home sick, I got so much extra time with my sweet B. The conversations I’m having with a 4 year old just blows my mind.   • Waking up on my 37th birthday realizing I have become the woman I used to dream about becoming since I was a little girl. A mother and a wife who loves with my whole heart, and with every single thing I have in me.
