Create space to make the time in your daily routine, not find the time to meditate. It’s like scheduling a daily meeting with yourself (that you DON’T cancel!). This practice, when done right, will create more ease in everything you do.
This is the practice of really looking at not only the food you’re putting into your body, but the thoughts and energy you’re taking in as well. How do you feel after a meal (tired, bloated, uncomfortable) or are you satisfied and energized? You will really begin to see what works best for you the more tuned in you become.
Finding movement you actually enjoy that really works with your body is so important. Do you feel stress after a workout, or do you feel at peace? A simple question to ask yourself before your next sesh and the best way to figure out the right type of movement that works for you.
