I love to eat dinner with B and it allows me more me time after I put him to bed. I cook one big meal and we both eat the same thing.

A friend of mine who is a working mother of four, shared her kids bedtime routine with me and it’s been a game changer. This way there are no surprises…they know exactly what happens after each step. Even if they don’t want to do it, they know what to expect next.

  1. Dinner
  2. Bath
  3. Brush
  4. Book
  5. Bed

After I get B down, I clean up the kitchen with a great playlist on and a lit candle. It immediately relaxes me. If I had a rough day and feel like I’m carrying around a lot of negative energy I sage the entire apt to bring in new uplifting energy.

After cleaning up and getting my stuff organized for the next day (creates less stress in the am when you’re running behind) I answer all my emails and try my best to get to as many DM’s and messages on IG. I put my phone away 30-40 minutes before bed. This includes all electronics.

I love to take a warm shower and I sit down in the shower to help digest my day and clear my thoughts. I’ve been doing this ever since I can remember. I wash my face with this cleanser or alternate with this one if my skin is breaking out.

There is definitely one thing to know about me. I am obsessed with skincare and beauty products. I love trying new products especially as my skin is constantly changing.

I am currently taking the Dr. Ohhira’s probiotic in the morning; however, I don’t see a difference between the two? Should one be taking in the AM and PM?
