FREE BONUS 4 MINUTE MEDITATION ON “WE HEARD WHAT” PODCAST

If you’re new to meditation this is a great intro to get started. It’s 4 minutes total, but I encourage you to sit for as long as you can during the silence and try to increase your meditation time each week. Simply starting with 4 minutes then adding on 1 minute each week to build up to 10 minutes then eventually 20 minutes a day is ideal. But… do what you can do and be very mindful on days you meditate compared to days you don’t to see if you experience anything different.
