Very Green Veg Sandwich

This has been a major pregnancy craving, but to be honest I always crave it! After seeing my fellow pregnant friend who is queen of the kitchen, Nicole Berrie founder of Bonberi, I was inspired to make my own version.



  1. Lightly toast bread
  2. Put vegenaise on one side and mashed up avocado on the other
  3. Add sea salt and pepper to the avocado
  4. Slice cucumber and put on the avocado
  5. Romain lettuce on the vegenaise side
  6. Top off with sauerkraut
