This has been a major pregnancy craving, but to be honest I always crave it! After seeing my fellow pregnant friend who is queen of the kitchen, Nicole Berrie founder of Bonberi, I was inspired to make my own version.
INGREDIENTS (ALL ORGANIC):
- Lightly toast bread
- Put vegenaise on one side and mashed up avocado on the other
- Add sea salt and pepper to the avocado
- Slice cucumber and put on the avocado
- Romain lettuce on the vegenaise side
- Top off with sauerkraut
