
I did a Live with @Sophie.jaffe and I just love how she just delivers it straight. We chatted about intuitive movement + eating and also made this delicious smoothie using her Cacao Magic. Ps. I’m not one for protein powders, but I have to say…this one is amazing. I’m also not much of a measurer and usually just eyeball things, so below are Melissa-fied measurements:
INGREDIENTS (Organic when possible):
- 1/2-1 cup coconut water
- 1-ish cup Oatly oat milk
- 1 banana (Tip: You want them to have brown spots because they’re sweeter, and they digest much easier than if the banana is not ripe!)
- 1-2 cups of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- 1-2 dates (Don’t be scared of dates! I promise you–you’ll thrive!)
- Massive handful of greens–spinach, kale, etc. Just use what you got!
- Cacao Magic–1 heaping tablespoon
- 2 ice cubes
PROCESS:
- Add in liquids
- Add in fruit and greens
- Add in Cacao Magic and ice cubes
- Blend
- Enjoy!
