Green Juice for clear skin + good gut health

I love starting the day with a green juice in the morning but especially when my skin is acting up. It’s crazy how quickly my skin clears up after having this a few days in a row.

It’s great to have on an empty stomach so that all of the nutrients you are giving your body can be easily absorbed. Pairing this with my probiotic really gets things flowing if ya know what I mean 😉

Seriously, this combo will make you glow from the inside out!


  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cucumber
  • 5 stalks of celery

    Hi! This juice is delicious and I love starting my day out the right way. I was wondering how long it can stay “fresh”. Would it be possible to make a big batch and freeze? Or would you suggest for busy schedules to make it night before?

      Hi Mary! It is best to enjoy as fresh as possible, so I would make a big batch and then freeze it !

      And then you can just use a cheese cloth to filter out so that it is just juice 🙂
