A lot of you have been asking for this. This is my simple salad dressing that I put on my salad almost every day.
INGREDIENTS (ALL ORGANIC): Makes 4 servings
- Splash of filtered water
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- Sea salt to taste
Process:
- Mix all ingredients together in a salad shaker
Do you use pasteurized or unpasteurized apple cider vinegar?

Is raw safe to consume during pregnancy? I’ve read about unpasteurized apple cider vinegar not being 100% safe, what brand/kind do you recommend during pregnancy?
