My go-to salad for good gut health.
Salads will always be one of my favorite foods. Ever since I was a little girl salads have been my thing.
So excited to share this amazing recipe by my friend, Kristin Olenick (@kristinolenik and @edibleremedy).
Olives are high in fat (the good kind), contain vitamin E and iron.
This is an amazing salad to refresh and replensih on a hot day.
