I’ve been loving this smoothie with almond butter during pregnancy, keeping me fuller longer. Although it’s not properly food combined (due to the mixing of fruit and nuts), when you follow food combining naturally 80% of the time, having a smoothie like this will move through you just fine if you know what I mean 😉 Plus it tastes AMAZING and Benjamin loves it. INGREDIENTS (ALL ORGANIC):
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 cup spinach
