Melissa’s go-to Mood-Boosting Smoothie Recipe

This has become MW’s go-to, mood-boosting smoothie whenever she finds herself riding that roller coaster of emotions (if you can relate!). The combination of these organic, superfood powders really up the ante…AND it tastes delicious. So, if you’re feeling moody AF or just want a nice boost, we highly recommend giving this combo a try.

Smoothie recipe:

  • Frozen Banana
  • Cup of blueberry 
  • Two cups of Strawberries
  • Handful of frozen pineapple 
  • 3 kale stocks (stems removed) and/or two cups of baby spinach 
  • 2 dates
  • Coconut water

  • Water
  • Half a squeeze of lemon
  • Half a peeled cucumber
  • Half an avocado


-1 tsp Cacao powder*

-1 tsp Cordyceps* – Cordyceps has been traditionally used for centuries as longevity mushroom, known to boost strength, vigor, vitality and sex drive.

-1/2 tsp Mucuna* – Increasing dopamine levels can boost feelings of pleasure, motivation, attention span, the ability to relax and mental well-being

-1 tsp Magic Mushroom – Organic superfood mix, cacao, chaga, ashwagandha, reishi, lucuma, cinnamon 

-1 tsp Lions Mane* – A medicinal mushroom scientifically proven to be effective in stimulating nerve growth factor in the brain

Put all ingredients in the blender until smooth. If you don’t have frozen ingredients, you can add 3 ice cubes.
