Kid Friendly Smoothie

My babes love this smoothie (if Elanor would let me get all the ingredients in the blender before she eats them tho…the girl is never without food in hand #truth). It’s a great way to get the kiddies their greens because all they taste is the sweetness from the banana, pineapple, and raspberries. What are some of your go-to smoothie recipes for kids?

Ingredients (all organic): 

  • 2 cups of filtered water
  • 1 cup of raw coconut water
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 whole banana
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • ½ sliced apple (with peel)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • ¼ squeezed lemon

Process: 

  • Combine ingredients in blender
  • Blend
  • Enjoy!
