GOOD GUT HEALTH SALAD

I’ve been throwing this random mix together on repeat lately, and let me tell you, it keeps things movin’ if ya know what I mean (wink wink)! It’s so simple which is key, but most importantly, sauerkraut is great for your gut health. It’s a fermented food, so it’s full of probiotics which keep things flowin’ and also reduces inflammation in the body. I had it the other day with our new Mac and Cheese recipe we just made, and it was next level good together.

INGREDIENTS (all organic):

PROCESS:

  1. Mix arugula and romaine in bowl
  2. Slice cucumber and green olives
  3. Combine all ingredients into bowl
  4. Pour on dressing
  5. Toss and enjoy!
