Good Gut Health Salad With Oil-Free Dressing

 

It feels so good to finally be eating and craving salads again. I literally couldn’t even look at them for the first three months of my pregnancy. I added a heeping tablespoon of sauerkraut and raw apple cider vinegar in the dressing to optimize my digestion which is essential during pregnancy. One thing that I can definitely share is that regularity has never been an issue for me during pregnancy because of adding good food for the gut that optimizes digestion.

Ingredients: (All Organic)

  • Head of Romain Lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Cabbage
  • Celery
  • Tomato
  • Avocado
  • Sauerkrout
  • Chickpeas

Salad Dressing Ingredients: (All Organic)

  • 1/4 Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/3 Filtered Water
  • 1/4 Squeezed Lemon
  • Sea Salt to taste
