A question you guys ask me all the time is what do I have in my fridge? These are most of my standard go-to’s for stocking up.

When I shop, I shop organic. However if there aren’t ripe avocados or bananas, anything with a peal on it are the few things I would buy nonorganic.

  • Berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries), apples, oranges, bananas, mango
  • Cucumber, carrots, celery, cabbage, olives, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, zucchini, broccoli, bussel sprouts
  • Kale, romaine, butter lettuce, baby spinach
  • Avocados
  • Potatoes
  • Coconut water
  • Just Water
  • Rice milk, coconut milk
  • Apple juice
  • Coffee
  • Chlorophyll water
  • Aprés (blant-based protein drink)
  • Plain coconut yogurt
  • Sauerkraut
  • Hummus
  • Gluten free english muffins
  • Ezekiel toast
  • Raw unsalted peanut butter and almond butter
  • Brown rice pasta (food prepped)
  • Brown rice (food prepped)
  • Black beans, chickpeas, kidney beans (food prepped)
  • Eggs for Noah 🙂
  • Goat cheese also for Noah 🙂
  • Vegan cheese
  • Tempeh
  • Tamari
  • Low sodium soy sauce
  • Hot sauce
  • Mustard and ketchup
