I live for a good salad! Salads have been and always will be one of my favorite things to eat. Ever since I was a little girl, salads have been my thing. I remember making so many rounds to the salad bar while my sisters were making hot fudge sundaes, I was 3 bowls deep in salad. Not much has changed but I’m now making my own dressing. ? The key to really enjoying a salad is loading it up with tons of assorted veggies, either beans or grains and healthy fats like avocado nuts/seeds and olives. Eat until you’re satisfied to avoid snacking on junk after a meal.
