So excited to share this amazing recipe by my friend, Kristin Olenick (@kristinolenik and @edibleremedy). This dressing is perfect for salads or as a dip for fresh veggies.

Ingredients (All Organic) For Salad

  • 2-4 cups of organic salad mix (Kristin usually buys Trader Joe’s brand herb salad mix or Satur Farms mixes)
  • Carrot ribbons
  • 2 tbsp chopped sweet onion
  • 6-8 chopped olives
  • 1 tbsp slivered almonds
  • 1/4 large avocado (or 1/2 medium avocado)
  • 1/4 cup celery
  • chopped okra
  • roasted tomatoes


  1. Add salad mix to a bowl
  2. Take carrot and peel it with a vegetable peeler to create ribbons
  3. Chop olives
  4. Cut avocado
  5. Add all ingredients to salad bowl

Ingredients (All Organic) For Maple Tahini Vinaigrette

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 3 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper


  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients
  2. Stir ingredients until well combined
  3. Add filtered water as needed to attain desired texture
