It’s so important for me to know what’s in the food I consume and how different nutrients can help you feel amazing (or feel like crap, depending on what you’re eating of course). Cabbage has vitamin E (which is great for healthy, glowy skin and strong hair), potassium, magnesium and calcium. Aloe has soooo many incredible health benefits. It helps aid in good digestion and works as an anti-inflammatory in the body. I put a 2 inch piece of aloe straight into the juicer (no peeling), if you put too much aloe the juice can come out really thick.  I personally love this one and B loves it too.

Ingredients (All Organic)

  • Kale stems
  • Celery stalks
  • 2 inches of aloe
  • 1/2 large cucumber
  • 4 purple cabbage leaves
  • 1/2 lemon (cut peel)
  • 1/2 lime (cut peel)
  • Fiji apple


  1. Rinse all veggies
  2. Slice 2 inches of aloe off the leaf
  3. Peel lemon and lime before adding to the juicer (Click Here  for the juicer I use
  4. Add everything else to the juicer as is
