Ingredients (All Organic)

  • 1 cup of pre-cooked quinoa
  • ½ cup already cooked black beans (Click here for how to prepare beans)
  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tsp Mina hot sauce


  1. Start with a medium saucepan
  2. Add black beans with some of the black bean juice
  3. Add the quinoa
  4. Saute for 4 minutes until warm
  5. Rinse cabbage leaves and place on plate
  6. Fill cabbage with quinoa and beans
  7. Add washed baby spinach
  8. Add sliced avocado
  9. Topped with Mina’s hot sauce
