I’m excited to share this recipe for two reasons: 1) it’s absolutely delicious and 2) my husband made this himself (he is not plant based) and loved it, which is a win-win for me. One of my favorite things to do is take a ‘not so healthy’ meal like pizza and re-create it with whole/clean ingredients that serve your body. This vegan pizza is great and you can get really creative with the toppings. The nutritional yeast is your best friend if you are someone who enjoys a great ‘cheesy’ flavor, and it’s also an excellent source of Vitamin B, protein (up to 9g per serving), and fiber.

Ingredients (All Organic)

  • Gluten free wrap
  • Olive Oil
  • Spicy tomato sauce
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Rawmesan (Parmesan substitute made with walnuts)
  • Nutritional yeast
  • Sea salt


  1. Lightly spread thin layer of olive oil to both sides of the gluten free wrap
  2. Add to oven or toaster oven for 1 minute on each side
  3. Sauté thinly sliced mushrooms for 2 minutes
  4. Remove the wrap from the oven and add a thin layer of spicy tomato sauce and then the cooked mushrooms
  5. Place in back in over or toaster oven for 3 minutes
  6. Add Rawmesan
  7. Add nutritional yeast
  8. Sprinkle sea salt to taste
