Ingredients
- 2 cups basil (tightly packed)
- ½ cup pine nuts
- 3 cloves garlic
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper (to taste)
Process
- Toast the pine nuts on the stove at a medium heat for 4 minutes
- Add all ingredients (including the pine nuts) to blender (Click Here) for blender
- Blend for about 40 seconds, until smooth
- Mix in with pasta, or use as you wish!
