SIMPLE SALAD WITH OLIVES

Keeping it sweet and simple with this delicious salad. There is beauty in simplicity, especially with food. Clean, whole, simple, and nourishing is the way I like to keep it with my food choices. The olives in this salad give it a really nice twist of flavor. Olives are also a personal favorite because they contain a healthy balance of good fats and are also loaded with anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory properties.

Ingredients (All Organic)

  • Romaine lettuce
  • Avocado
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Olives
  • Red peppers

INGREDIENTS FOR SALAD DRESSING

  • 1/3 cup raw apple cider vinegar
  • Splash of filtered water
  • ½ lemon
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Sea salt

Process

  1. Start with romaine in a bowl
  2. Cut avocado and add to bowl
  3. Chop and add tomatoes
  4. Slice and add red peppers
  5. Add olives

PROCESS FOR SALAD DRESSING

  1. Mix raw apple cider vinegar, ½ lemon, tbsp. olive oil and sea salt to taste in a salad dressing shaker (Click Here) for the one I use and love
