ROASTED VEGGIES AND AVOCADO TOAST

 

 Ingredients (All Organic)

  • Whole grain bread
  • 1/4 cup chopped Onions
  • 1/2 cup sliced Mixed peppers
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 5 baby Mushrooms
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Unrefined Coconut oil

Process

  1. Start by toasting whole grain bread
  2. Lightly sauté onions, mushrooms and mixed peppers in coconut oil
  3. Take avocado and mash on toast
  4. Place sautéed vegetables on top of the avocado
  5. Sprinkle sea salt to taste
