There is something about a bowl of pasta that is so warming and soothing to the body. Sometimes your body craves whole and complete carbs and this is a great option for times like these. While many refined/conventional kinds of pasta are stripped of their nutritional content, brown rice pasta is loaded with fiber and is naturally gluten free (allowing for easier digestion). If there’s one thing I believe it’s…not to be afraid of carbs. When you eat a plant based diet they give you so much energy and lifeee and satisfy like none other.

Ingredients (All Organic)


  1. Add drizzle of avocado oil to pan + about 2 tbsp. of vegan butter
  2. Add pre-cooked pasta to pan
  3. Add in pre-cooked spinach and mushrooms
  4. Mix in sauces
  5. Sprinkle on a little sea salt
