This recipe is inspired by my favorite avocado toast from O’Cafe in NYC. The pumpkin seed spread brings a whole new life to plain avocado toast.

Ingredients (All Organic)

  • Ezekiel bread
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 squeezed lemon
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • Dash of turmeric
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes


  1. Add olive oil, water, pumpkin seeds, lemon juice and sea salt to blender (Click Here) for blender
  2. Blend until smooth and spread over toasted bread
  3. Top with sliced avocado, cayenne pepper, turmeric and red pepper flakes
