COCONUT FLAX SMOOTHIE BOWL

 

Ingredients (All Organic)

  • 1 cup raw coconut water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup coconut meat (frozen from a health food store or fresh from the coconut)
  • ¼ cup baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla bean extract

Optional Toppings (All Organic)

  • Ground flax seeds
  • Coconut chips
  • Gluten free granola
  • Sliced banana pieces
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Turmeric powder

Process

  1. Blend (click here) for blender: coconut water, banana, coconut meat, baby spinach and vanilla bean extract
  2. Pour into bowl
  3. Sprinkle toppings (optional)
