My gingerbread smoothie is perfect for a snowy, winter day (or, let’s be real, any day of the year)!

Ingredients (All Organic)

  •  1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 ripe banana
  •  ½ frozen banana
  •  ½ inch fresh peeled and chopped ginger
  • Tbsp. vanilla bean extract
  • A pinch of cinnamon


  1. Add all ingredients to blender (click here)
  2. Blend until smooth
