I am a huge advocate of making your own salad dressing. Salad dressings are usually loaded with awful ingredients. This recipe is great on a mixed greens salad, quinoa and cooked vegetables.

Ingredients (All organic)

  • 1/4 cup organic olive oil
  • 1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup organic dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp Himalayan sea salt
  • 1/2 squeezed organic lemon


  1. Place all ingredients in a salad dressing shaker
  2. Shake
  3. Enjoy
