CARROT MISO DRESSING
This is my healthy alternative to the carrot ginger dressing we all love. When enjoying a nutritious salad, make sure you are careful with the dressing — a lot of your conventional dressings are loaded with ingredients that do not serve your body (heavy vegetable oils, tons of sugar, and preservatives to name a few). So why not make your own?! This dressing is really quick and easy and will add that extra delicious kick to your salad.
Ingredients (All Organic)
- 2 medium carrots (grated)
- 2 tbs organic unpasteurized miso
- 1 inch ginger root peeled and grated
- 3 tbs sesame oil
- ½ squeezed lemon
- 3 tbs water
- Pinch of sea salt
Process
- Grate 2 carrots
- Peel and grate ginger
- Add these and the rest of the ingredients to blender (Click Here) for blender
- Blend and enjoy!
