STRAIGHT LEG LOWER

STRAIGHT LEG LOWER

Start lying on the floor with arms down along sides (you also have the option to place your hands in a diamond position under your bum). Bring legs in the air to 90 degrees. Keep core engaged and lower back on the ground, begin to slowly lower legs. Bring legs back up to starting position. Follow my step by step breakdown of the movement below.
