LEG LIFTS FROM BUM

Come to all fours with core lifted and engaged. Keep your head in line with your spine. Make sure your shoulders are over your wrists and hips are over your knees. Extend one leg behind you, creating a long line with neck and spine. Lift leg an inch higher than starting position. Lower leg an inch below starting position. Follow my step by step breakdown of the movement below.
