ROTATING ARM CIRCLES

Come to a standing position, with feet hip width apart and a slight bend in the knees. Extend arms out to sides, keeping shoulders down and your neck long. Create small circles (the size of golf balls) clockwise and then counterclockwise. Envision drawing small circles with the middle fingers on both sides of the space.
